Registration Hours and Location
The on-site registration desk is located in the Spokane Convention Center on the first level in the lobby area between Ballroom 100 and Ballroom 111.
Registration will be open according to the following schedule:

Speakers are strongly encouraged to preview their electronic files in the Speaker Ready Room prior to their scheduled presentations.

Shuttle Service
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided each day between The Davenport Hotel and the Spokane Convention Center (SCC). The operating schedule can be found in the lobby of The Davenport Hotel. Service begins on Sunday at 06:30 and Monday through Friday at 07:00.
Buses will pick up from The Davenport Hotel on Post Street by the historic part of the hotel at the end of the valet area. Buses will pick up from the Spokane Convention Center (SCC) at the turnaround for the INB Performing Arts Center of the SCC.
Message Board
A message board will be available near the Registration Desk of the Spokane Convention Center.
